Leftover night. I made a spaghetti squash and thawed out some spaghetti sauce from the freezer. Not worth taking pictures or anything. I will say that my spaghetti sauce is just doctored jar stuff (always have to check the label to make sure they don’t have sugar or corn syrup, ugh), with added onions, green peppers, mushrooms, garlic, various spices (always Italian seasoning and fennel seeds), and browned ground beef and sausage. Secret ingredient? A splash of whole milk.

Actually got a workout in today (other than walking) for the first time in ages. Did 15 minutes of squats and lunges. My legs are displeased. I’m hoping it helps me sleep–I’ve been sleeping terribly lately, waking up at 5:15 AM when the alarm clock is supposed to go off at 6. Yuck.
